I am sure that most people are keenly aware the competition for Technical Talent is intense in San Francisco. This does not mean that any of my clients will be receiving anything less than the best candidate possible. In fact, it helps my results because the combination of unsurpassed domain knowledge an extensive local network allows me to find candidates that otherwise would not be presented by other Recruiters. The perfect example is a recent placement I made with a local client. The position had been open for several months, and I was able to present a candidate from my network that wasn’t on LinkedIn in less than two weeks. This candidate will be starting next week. Needless to say, the hiring manager is thrilled. I delivered value that was extremely hard to find.
