Luke Donavan leads the Technology side of Treasure Search Partners business offerings. He brings a deep expertise in technology and hiring high performance teams to Treasure Search Partners. His background has been fifteen years of leadership positions with companies in the Silicon Valley. His extensive leadership network and knowledge of the key technology trends and companies make him an ideal partner for hard to fill technology leadership positions.

Luke moved to San Francisco from Vermont and is an accomplished cyclist, open water swimmer and fisherman. He has a young family of three and is involved in the local school system on a volunteer basis.
